Jummah and Qiyam-Al-Layl timings

 

Jummah (Friday) Sermon and prayer:(No change - same throughout the year)

1st session - 12:15 pm to 12:45 pm

2nd Session - 1:45 pm to 2:15 pm

 

Qiyam-al-Layl (night vigil) prayers

Qiyam-al-Layl (Tahajjud) prayers will be offered in congregation during the last 10 days of Ramadan
from June 26 to July 5, from 2:30 am to 3:30 am, followed by Sahour (meals)

 

The first day of Qiyam-ul-Layl will be at 2:30 am on Sunday, June 26, insha Allahth

 

Recommended Dua'a at Iftar

When breaking the fast, it is recommended to make Dua'a (prayer).

Following are two versions of the Prophet's Dua'a:

 

Allahhumma laka sumtu wa 'ala rizqika aftartu

"O Allah! For you did I fast and with your bounties did I break the fast."


Dha-habadh-dhama 'u wab-tallatil-urooqu wa thabatal-ajru in-sha Allah

"Gone is the thirst and moistened are the veins and achieved is the reward by the will of Allah."
